NyAna’s Kitchen, founder Anastasia aka Ana, came to the U.S. from Liberia, West Africa in the ’80s. Although only in her early twenties, she had already amassed over 10 years of professional experience in the kitchen! With this new opportunity, and living less than 30 minutes from New York City, she excitedly enrolled in the New York Restaurant School and received a diploma in Culinary Arts.

All her years of practical experience in the hotels in Liberia and cooking for family and friends infused and spiced up all the new specialties she learned in school. Her seamless skills became legendary and with so many good reviews and feedback, she decided to enhance the foundation of her culinary art with an Associates’s Degree in Business Administration to bolster her future. Later, she added another Associates's Degree in Food Service Management to her expanding knowledge base. As her practical skills grew, she invested in acquiring the related knowledge!

Today, Chef Ana has mastered cooking, baking, charcuterie, patisserie, catering, etc. (to name a few) in many countries’ cuisine; her clients enjoy cuisines and specialties covering a wide range, including Italian, European, West African, Soul Food, and Asian. NyAna’s Kitchen's mission is to make you a meal for your event that brings you into the memorable moments in her kitchen of eating, dancing, and being merry to make you feel like a part of her family.
